A contemporary, independently owned creative and media agency with well-awarded offices around the globe is looking for a Senior Social Strategist to join their team of fun, innovative and creatively talented people in their Sydney office.
If you are looking to step up and lead, and you’ve been living in the depths of social trends across the digital space, then this is for you. You’re a strong believer in the power of social media and community management, how it can change hearts and minds and build the bridge between brands and consumers. You’re able to develop strategy solutions, from brand strategy, through to tactical social, content, tone of voice documents and influencer strategies. And you have a solid understanding of both brand and marketing fundamentals.
You’re articulate and confident in your communication with clients and colleagues, and you love the hustle of a super fast-paced agency. You fully grasp the technical aspects of creating content as well as understanding the digital consumer journey and how to engage for end-to-end campaigns. And you’re a deck crafter, able to detail out ideas and insights that are clear and can sell. With oodles of natural initiative, you’re able to break down complex tasks to create clarity. Self motivation is key here, and with 5 to 7 years’ experience, and at least 2 working within the Australian market, you’ll bring your social-first thinking and enthusiasm for what you do to this high energy environment. Crazy ideas are welcome and, yes, samples of work would be great to see.
