Whilst you’ll be working in-house on one brand, every day will be different. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly skilled design led Art Director, preferably with FMCG, QSR or Retail experience, to join an internal creative department. As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in evolving and enhancing the company’s visual identity across multiple touchpoints, ensuring that the executions align with the brand’s values, vision, and strategic goals. There’s a talented design team that will look up to you for your leadership and inspiration.
This role requires passion for design excellence, innovation, and an ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. You must have experience cultivating a design team, a deep understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to oversee design across a variety of mediums, including key visuals, product photography, retouching, TVCs, social media campaigns, email communications (eDMs), web and app design, sponsorship assets, and product packaging.
Just a few must haves …
Exceptional team management skills; Excellent software skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Asana) and familiarity with design systems; and a deep understanding of design principals, including typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy; Strong communication skills, with ability to present; and, of course, you have to be super organised and able to manage projects alongside traffic and production.
