We are on the hunt for a Senior Comms Strategist/Planner with top agency experience to join an awarded creative communications agency group that specialises in crafting and orchestrating connected brand stories across paid, owned, and earned media touchpoints. This agency is committed to purposeful creativity, consistently applied across all channels. With a growing strategy department, this opportunity is a new role to help shape ideas people feel.
You uncover sharp insights, help fuel ideation, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategy doesn't sit on a deck, but that it moves through every impression a brand makes. You’re both architect and a hands on doer, designing tools and systems for connection planning.
There are 3 major parts to this role and a detailed job description that goes with it. But as an overview, here’s what we are looking for: 40% brand planning and connections experience; 10% agency, client, industry experience; and 50% team leadership and capability building, with proven experience. This is one special independent agency that does more than just produce and execute great ideas, they carefully architect where these ideas live and flourish, and they are all about creating shared value across all functions.
