With three + years’ digital agency experience and the ability and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment, you understand the importance of building the bridge between brands and consumers, breaking down complex tasks and creating clarity from complexity. With end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, strategy, vision and design, your left of field perspective on data and research enables you to find interesting consumer insights. You’re able to devise solutions, from brand strategy down to tactical social, content and influencer strategies.
You really understand marketing fundamentals and are a highly collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly with media and creative teams, articulating clearly and sharing ideas and insights to find the best possible solution that sells. You fully grasp the technical aspects of creating content as well as understanding the digital consumer journey and how to engage through a digital architecture map for end-to-end campaigns. And, importantly, you’ll have a natural sense of curiosity.
