Head of Creative, in-house

This is an incredible in-house opportunity for a super talented and driven Head of Creative, a non-traditional, super minimalist, left of field ideator, and a totally unexpected thinker, with a deep passion for high-end lifestyle, fashion, interiors and architecture. 

A hands-on creative with at least five years’ experience in a senior creative role, you are a custodian of visual identity and a champion of brand integrity. This leadership role oversees the development and execution of creative assets across all channels, manages a team, and collaborates with third-party agencies and creative partners. You’ll ensure every design element embodies refined elegance and contemporary sensibility. From advertising visuals to photography and video shoots, as the Head of Creative you’ll ensure the brand story is seamlessly woven into every touchpoint. And because you are an absolute people person, leading with confidence comes naturally to you. 

Reporting into the Commercial Team, you’ll collaborate to steer a multidisciplinary creative direction, strategically managing each and every expression and dimension of the brand. You’ll lead with compassion and empathy, you thrive when learning from others, and welcome challenges. We’d love you to come from a creative advertising or brand design background, where you’ve shaped high-impact campaign visuals, directed shoots and curated collateral. Your focus here is to inspire internal communications and always maintain brand consistency. You’ll have exceptional skills with the Adobe Suite as well as across AI tools.
