To help our client achieve their goals, we are on the hunt for a super smart, forward-thinking Creative Director who loves to be hands-on as much as leading a team, being on set and working on a brand that is vibrant, fun and, above all, so well suited to the Queensland market and beyond.

In this non-traditional, in-house, fast-paced environment you’ll be working in close collaboration with a world-class Creative Lead who will inspire, motivate and lift you to new heights when it comes to creative output. Culture here is super important. We are looking for an outgoing, flexible and equally ambitious Creative Director with flair, a modern thinker and someone who can hold their own, with confidence to take ownership, speak up, share ideas and challenge the expected. It goes without saying that you’ll have all the desired skills, such as the entire Creative Suite and more. Leading by example, with an amazing sense of fashion and deep interest in the latest trends - along with a real passion for retail - ultimately it will be all about you, your values, experience, energy and attitude. 

You’ll have ten plus years’ experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house retail environment. You’re a people person, proactive and with a ‘just do it’ attitude along with solid understanding of the whole production process from concept to production - pre and post - including photoshoots, both in-house and external. There's a real opportunity to make a huge difference here.
