Account Director

Together with our client, we are searching for a brave, progressive Account Director with the ambition, talent and determination to step up to a Senior Account Director position.

In this role you’ll be very much part of the agency's success in shaping the creative and strategic direction of each account. Based on the client relationships you are able to form and the responsibilities you’ll have to get there, this is a challenging but rewarding opportunity.

With confidence and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, you’re not only a great listener but you’re able to influence and challenge established communication tasks too. And with strong organisational skills and passion for delivering client excellence, you love managing and exceeding client expectations. Your aim is to deliver not only top-tier creative solutions but hitting financial targets as well. This should all come naturally with at least six years of agency experience.

As a team player you fairly delegate workload to those that report into you, ensuring all requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and on budget. You have a strong voice and presence and you thrive when helping others also reach their goals. 

You’ll be managing campaigns across all media platforms especially within the financial services space, ensuring a strong strategic presence is executed throughout. You’re a people person,  with the ability to manage senior client relationships across multiple projects at the same time.
And with your knowledge and experience in multiple areas of production and strategy, you are able to scope and contribute to setting revenue targets, ensuring campaign KPIs are met.
