Reporting to the Planning Partner and working in close partnership with Account Service and Creative, this role is about building trusted relationships and inspiring effective ideas, collaborating closely with creative teams to take ideas into campaign plans across all media platforms. Connecting offline and online channels, you’ll know how data can be transferred platform to platform. And you’ll have a focus on effective business strategy, ensuring the agency is seen as a valuable partner to their clients, offering guidance and measurably improving campaign outcomes.

Here’s what will be expected of you: a natural strategic mindset with the confidence to ask clients the right questions; clear and concise strategic direction whilst working in partnership with social media managers and creative teams; a sharp eye for business growth opportunities with existing and new clients. You naturally inspire and motivate others around you, and you’ll be providing guidance and stewardship on accounts that also have a social and influencer component.
