Strategy Director

This independent creative agency is trusted by their clients to bring big picture strategic solutions to their brands across all media platforms. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you’ll be working closely with Senior Management, Account Service and Creative. Collaboratively you’ll work with the team and with clients whilst tackling business problems and ensuring briefs inspire effective ideas. 

Here’s what a day in your life might look like: you’ll lead client recommendations with a problem solving mindset, and have the confidence to ask the right questions. You’ll identify potential business growth opportunities for both existing and new clients, and write compelling briefs that inspire creative and original thinking, then collaborate on campaign plans to bring ideas to life. You’ll not be afraid to speak up and share your ideas as well. Building trusted relationships with your colleagues and clients to insure big ideas cross the line is what drives you, and you’ll know how data can be transferred platform to platform.

As a naturally curious leader, staying up to date with the latest trends in digital and social platforms, as well as traditional media, is part of your every day. You’ll continually research and analyse changes in social and digital environments, marketing science and industry trends, and then communicate key changes to the agency and guide thought leadership. 

As a passionate reader you naturally analyse and produce insights from a range of data sources. You drive innovation and courageously strive to do things not done before. With a minimum of 8 years’ experience in top agencies, you’re a confident go-getter with outstanding written and verbal skills, and you love to surprise.
